Same as last week -- no loss, no gain.

Did fine with water and cardio.

Did somewhat better with sleep.

Eating still not good.

No yard work done.


Next week --

Keep up with the water and cardio.

Work on getting to bed earlier.

Stay within the nutritional ranges.
