Scales are moving!

Sunday, September 22, 2013

Well, today was the last day of the challenge and now the scales decide to move! emoticon

I talked to my trainer about my frustration on my weight loss and she reassured me that it will start to happen - I have stagnated for a while but this week I have started to see a loss :)
I guess lately I have been watching extreme weight loss and the amount of weight that those people lose in 90 days and comparing myself. My trainer talked some sense into me and I am now happy with where I am at and the program/training that I am undertaking. Thank you to everyone that has been supporting me in my last blog.

I am at work on my last stretch of night shifts - 3 more to go then I start my new job! Officially I roll over to my new position 9/29.

I am sure you know - there is much more benefit from your effort than that scale! Congratulations on hanging in there regardless! emoticon

Oh little sister...never never NEVER look at anyone else's results/programs and compare yourself to them. They are in a very controlled, unreal environment. WE are the real winners/losers in that we continue our day to day and still succeed. It takes us longer...but our results are more realistic and longer lasting. It's like the people we hear about that win the lotto and end up broke...we are the wise ones to choose a lifetime of health...not a quick fix with all the drama. You're doing great...just keep Sparkin'!!

All in due time. Your job is to keep working out, eating right and being patient.

Congrats on the weight loss and yes they do lose allot of weight but then again they are almost working out 24 hours and we can't do that. Plus I bet that they are not eating in their calories range either.
