House For Sale

Does anybody want to buy a really cute bungalow? ours is up for sale again. It`s getting too hard to manage all the bills with not enough money. Hubby loves his new job but he doesn`t even get 30 hours a week so we are falling behind.
We hope to sell before our perfect credit rating gets ruined and the bank takes the house because we can`t pay the mortgage.
We are okay with it though. The thought of downsizing and simplifying is comforting to us. We hope to find a nice used mobile home in a park that is near his work that we can pay cash for and then we will be okay with just paying lot rent, utilities and our usual stuff.
So far we have not gotten any interested people yet. Last time it was for sale we were swamped with showing appointments. I hope it starts soon.
The weather has been nice but today is dark and raining. I spent the afternoon baking molasses cookies and they warmed and scented the house.
We are enjoying the early Fall like temps so far and the official beginning of Fall is tomorrow.
