A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition give you an extra push?
I love a good healthy competition! I'm ready to bring a trophy to the Jungle this challenge!
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? This is my 3rd round. I spent my first as a Rockin Rose Ranger, and last challenge I was a Tiger.
C is for have? 3 Wonderful Boys! Christian 6yo, Cameron 5yo, and Cayden 2yo
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation/excuse? Sweets! Biggest excuse... "I don't have the time"
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? I'd say I'm inbetween... I am in bed sometime between 10 and 11
F is for FURRY have? No, but the boys have been asking about a puppy a lot lately. :)
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Fruit, veggies, lean protein, yogurt, etc
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Kansas City, MO
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? Don't really have a specific person...
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Respiratory Therapist
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Protein
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I use My Fitness Pal for a tracker. The app works so much better than the SP.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married... It was 8 years in June!
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Last name with first initial
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? 70 is my go to #
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? at least 5
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? "You don't have the time; You make the time"
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 5 days and 400 minutes
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'11"
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Central
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Reading, working out, and photography
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Tour around Europe
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Tues, Thursday, and Saturday
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to lose inches and feel more comfortable in my clothes
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I am getting so much better at this. Most of the time I am able to dust myself off and carry on.
Z is for one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Sparkpeople of coarse! It has everything!

    So glad to have you back with us again! Your "X" is similar to mine...consistency is key! With balanced nutrition, cardio and ST we can and will achieve! Let's do this!
