Goal Extension

I still have three pounds to lose by Sunday to meet my goal, so it's looking like I'll have to extend my goal to next week's weigh in. I did lose 2.8 poubds in the last week. I did not meet my goal of going to the gym though. I've been super busy trying to catch up with grading. I need to work out this weekend because I have a planned cheat day on Sunday for the Big E. This will be my last cheat day for awhile and then I can commit.

I will shoot for 190 by Halloween. I also have a specific patchwork shirt that exposes the back that I want to wear to the phish shows at the end of October, so my back boobs need to get lost!

This means I need to pull some hours at the gym.

I have been feeling really good as a result of eating well. The loss of weight makes me feel way more healthy. 39 pounds gone, about fifty to go! I think I can...I think I can!

    Have you tried any of the SP videos for strength training? My arms and back really changed when I started doing the 28-day bootcamp challenge vids. This could be your go-to when you can't get to the gym. They are short but effective if you commit to doing them.

    2.8 pounds in the last week? That's PROGRESS! 39 pounds? Just think, you'll be down 40 pounds total so soon! WooHoo! WTG!

    Just think...vanishing back boobs. And Phish in the same sentence. THat is special and AWESOME! You go girl, you have your eye on the prize!
