All the lavender stuff I ordered came today. I know it is suppose to help sleep and I have used it before. But. I really don't like the smell. I have the jar of gel open and sitting next to bed. I also have a spray and sachets. Hope Angel likes lavender.
Knee is much better. I had to cancel my doctors appointment tho as I would never be able to do that much walking. No big deal as I am at the point where I feel my doc appointments are just a waste of time. He wants to help but not much he can do.
Nothing on TV tonight as will probably watch reruns.

Have you tried the scent of Jasmine? I like it better than lavender and it does seem to help me relax and sleep.

    Hi Eleni........
I am sorry to hear that your knee is bothering you. Do you know what is wrong with it? I have osteoarthritis in so many places, that I never know if that is the cause of the pain, or if something else is wrong.

I have found that the more subtle the Lavender smell is, the better. I CAN'T light lavender candles.......too strong. I have a hand lotion that I put on and it is a very soft and light smell. I hope it helps you. Ken has had a horrible time sleeping lately. He also has tinitis in both ears and feels that this interrupts his sleep more than anything else. As far as he knows, there is NO help for tinitis.

    Take care my dear......

I don't really care for the scent of lavender either, but they do say it works for putting you to sleep. I've never tried it. Hope it works for you.

Glad your knee is feeling better.

I don't care for anything that is very strong, so maybe once it tones down, it will be better. Don't know if it will or not though. I forgot about DWTS being on this week. I mainly listen to tv and don't watch it that closely anymore. Hope you have a good night tonight and your knee is better tomorrow. ((HUGS))

Sorry that you do not like the smell of lavender. I love it. Hope Angel does too.
    Are you having problems sleeping?

What is going on with your knee? I got my synvisc shot scheduled for next week. It will take a couple of weeks to really work so that should be perfect for our trip to New York. Going to see my brother and Niagara, Falls. We have been there before but it never gets old. I love Western New York.

    Take care and Hugs, Sunny
