Well I got up as I had plans to met a friend about 15 miles further south after dropping Miss Coco off for her spa day. We had hard rains and high winds all night Hubby left for work in hard rain. I saw the extreme rainfall comming into the area. My girlfriend and I decided not to met today. A number of roads in our area were closed due to water I waited until the current wave of storm passed to leave with Coco. I stopped and picked up a cup of coffee and we were on our way. I ran into a hard band of rain and had to pull over, then it let up and I took off again. As I got on the ramp to the bridge across the river heavy rains and circular winds. I was wishing at this point that I had cancelled her appointment. There was a car behind me as I could see it;s headlights. I could not see pasted the hood of my car and I was fighting the winds I could see the car behind me doing the same. Finally as I was going back down to lower ground I was feeling better. On a bridge there is no where to pull over. It look me 1 hour 15 minutes to make the 35 minute drive. Got her there and then I was tired. I went to a little local cafe famous for their chicken salad. I decided to have chicken salad with a side of fresh fruit for lunch. I had not been here in about 3 years and it was just as good as I remember.

Picked up Miss Coco and headed home. Thank goodness I was between storms. I has been calm in our area for about 2 hours, but another wave of storms is coming in from the ocean this afternoon

Thanks everyone for your comments on my Hubby. I am keeping an eye on him to make sure this clears up before I totally dismiss the issue. I want the fellow around for many years to come
