I have a few brief episodes of rapid heart rate shown on the monitor but they do not think it is a serious problem. So if I have any other episodes then is when they would want me to see a cardiologist. So good news there.
I have cut back on eating and am trying to push the walking. Disappointed that when I get the ok in November that I won't be able to go back to Zumba for the gal is going to stop doing it in November. Lack of money for rent and having trouble getting a building. Will have to try and do it on my own.

The nice cool weather is great and we finally got some rain yesterday. All is well and the allergies are not to bad now.

Thank you for all the support and hugs.

Glad you got good news about the results. So sorry your Zumba class will be no longer....I know how much you enjoyed and looked forward to the class. there are some good zumba DVD's out there, but I will tell you in my experience of finding an alternative (DVD) to a class I had taken.....well, it's just not the same going it alone.
Some people really get into the DVDs at home because they can really let loose, I guess I am just not like that. I do do cardio DVDs, just not "dancing" type.
Have a great Wednesday and keep making those healthy choices. emoticon

Sounds like good news (except for the Zumba) I do think there are some good Zumba DVD's out there... perhaps if you put out a general inquiry a Sparkler can recommend one or two ???? Glad to hear you are progressing well. emoticon
