Chalean Extreme Fat Burn Challenge done this morning! It's nice to do some different workouts now and then. It keeps things interesting and prevents you from getting bored. That's a great thing because when you get bored, you want to stop doing whatever it is you're doing. Right? Well, at least that's the way with me. I have a very short attention span so I need to continuously mix things up in order to stick to something. This afternoon I will do ZStrength #3. This morning I will also be going on a walk with a walking group. It'll be nice to go for a stroll rather than run for a change. And this time, I know I will make it to the location cause I've been there before!
Don't get me wrong. I love going to new places, I'm just tired of getting lost! Plus, this location is nearby which is nice.
I think the fall weather is upon us. Well, at least in my location. For the past couple of days, the weather has been cooling down and you can start to feel the "crisp" in the air. I love this season. It's not too hot, not too cold, just right.
Hopefully, as the weather cools down some more, my dog will STOP SHEDDING! Good grief. If I knew this breed shed, and still got her, I wouldn't be complaining. However, when we did research, all the information on this breed said they shed "minimally." Minimal I can do. My dog does NOT shed minimally. However, it's too late to get rid of her now!
It's crazy how attached we can get to a living thing when you spend a certain amount of time with them. Although she drives me crazy, she is part of our family and I love her, her shedding hair and all~
