I cannot stress how helpful the trackers are!

Actually accounting for everything that I eat & then being able to see what is in it has been HUGE for me. After seeing what I've been eating I've been able to start to plan better and work on portions. All of this prob sounds like common knowledge to the average person, but I've gone years without thinking about what I'm eating.

I'm doing better with my fitness goals too. I have more stamina and have been out walking everyday. I try to get down to the gym a couple times a week. Eventually I want to get to the gym more often, prob once the winter comes & I can't do much outside....

I'm noticing my clothes fitting better and starting to wear some older (smaller) clothes. Only a size smaller, but still enough to boost my confidence!

Although I've had a few rough days, I'm feeling really positive about my progress. I know my limits & haven't been over doing it & still loosing weight, so I figure I'm alright. I think previous attempts, I tried to go too hard too fast. This time I'm in more of a slow & steady mindset. It's amazing to see it all laid out in front of you (using the reports tools).

Things can only get better from here!
