This is the first time in a while that I have felt real bad. I didn't get my steps in like I have been but I was just feeling so bad that I felt giving myself a day off to feel better was the best way to go. I hope tomorrow morning I'm feeling better so that I can get back to my walking routine. I have found that I really like getting in my steps. I shoot for over 10,000 steps a day and try to see how much I can do. I am feeling better this evening after staying home and sleeping most of the day away, not what I like to do but definitely what my body needed me to do. Well, I'm off to bed early so that I can some more rest and hopefully be able to go to work tomorrow.
