emoticon I've been thinking about all the baby steps it's taking to get to where I am and where I want to go. All the ways I've failed and succeeded. A blog I visited today inspired me to write this.

What are some of the baby steps you take every day to contribute to your new healthy life style?

Here are my daily baby steps:
I drink 8 glasses of water a day
I make sure to walk on all my breaks at work
I carry my gym bag in the trunk of my car just in case
I update a music playlist of get going music
I make conscious decisions about what I put into my body
I try to be active for at least 10 minutes a day

Oh yeah my back is feeling much better. I must practice proper form when doing Burpees. My mom rubbed Icy Hot (I love me mum emoticon ) on me and I'm feeling much bettter. Thanks for the concern!

love your baby steps, and this is what I go for almost exactly, my gym bag and downloaded music, is not on mine, but I also claim the rest of them, as well as brush teeth early in the evening, less chance to grab a snack, emoticon

You have a pretty awesome collection of baby steps, and they seem to be working pretty well for you!

Icy Hot is the best stuff ever. When I hurt my back so bad last week or whenever that was, dh put an Icy Hot patch on me, and I was all better. I'd do a commercial for them! lol

Hope you've had a great day!
