It felt sooo good to go to the gym today! Walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill at 3mph emoticon & 15 minutes on the recumbent bike @ 10 mph emoticon all while reading my fantastic book! If it weren't for my iPad Mini, I wouldn't last two minutes on ANY machine!
I'm going back to the gym tonight with Hubby. I'm planning to walk another mile and do strength. I came across an article about the rowing machine emoticon on one of the Spark emails that came to me today. I think I'm gonna give it a try! emoticon
I'm hoping to keep up the courage to go to a Intro to zumba class! No, I haven't been yet! Still keep chickening out - but this time I'm gonna do it!! emoticon

    go for the zumba, there could be no one more uncoordinated than I am, I have never danced, can not carry a tune, and just love to go to zumba, every Thursday, and just won't miss it, I really enjoy it, even have a skirt so I can really shake it,
