Chptr 12, Day 24

4am rise gets the job done: LS 30 day challenge, final day of cat care, and walking 4.2 miles before grand daughter arrived for the day.

Light patches of frost on the ground this morning. Brrrr.

Made a trip to the Farmers Mkt today. Got some super sweet corn, beefsteak tomatoes, gherkin cucumbers, and honey crisp apples.

Already, though I have consumed enough calories for the whole day for mid range. (DH persuaded me to eat a small McDonald's Fries he'd gotten for free -- "free" for whom? This misdeed surely cost me....dumb move) Good thing I tracked; I can manage dinner with some cottage cheese and plain green vegetables. Splendid.

Busy morning.....baby is napping. Sweet.
Exercise is done for the day.
Last morning of cat care for a while.

Stick to Food Plan

Wishing you a terrific, healthy, fit Tuesday!

LS Dvd 30 day challenge, 30 minutes
Walked 4.2 miles
1,459 total calories
No scrap that, 2460 calories (DS3's GF brought over a homemade apple crisp and vanilla ice cream as a special surprise to celebrate DH's birthday. Wrecked the day's calories from this. Consoled myself with the tub of ice cream and a spoon, and didn't even stop there. SIGH!)

I do best when I have an earl rise, too.
Great Farmers' Market buys, will you "do" something with the gherkins, or just eat out of hand? emoticon

Could you send some of that frost this way. emoticon It is a while before we really cool down. Though nights are better in the mid to low 70's now.
