Upped the intensity with the kettlebells on Sunday and feeling it today, still.

Slept on the wrong pillow and woke up with a stiff neck, too.

In good news: soreness (at least the muscle kind) is good news - means I'm getting stronger.

Sigh. Looking for that silver lining...

LOL even saying the word, 'squat' makes me wince.

Congratulations to Nat on being so consistent over the years, with her friends, the kettle bells.

MCJULIEO - I've only dropped one a couple of times. emoticon

I do think a class is wise, if you can take one, so you can have someone to correct your form while you're learning. Good form is especially important with kettlebells.

Eydie - now I'm going to be encouraging my butt to defy gravity!

LJCannon - thanks so much for your support - definitely better today, ready for more.

Kettlebells seem a little scary to me, not just for the possibility of soreness, but for the possibility of broken windows or crunched furniture.... I need to take a class, I think...

I just started doing a regular program of lower body stuff, heavy on the squats and I'm feeling it too. Must be done, I must defy gravity---well, my butt anyway!
