Crazy Week

Tuesday, September 17, 2013

Well since last Tuesday when I kicked my walking game in to play, My Hubby ended up in the ER that night with a blood clot in the leg. That threw off my walking schedule until Saturday as even though he was home our sleep patterns were weird. By Saturday I was able to go back on my walks, and Sunday is my normal rest day which I still took. I am back to walking at least 30 minutes in the morning. Hubby is back to work as of yesterday afternoon and he is doing better.

The weather today is suppose to be back up in the low 90's (not happy) but a cold front should hit tonight and be cold tomorrow and then warm back up to the 70/80s by the weekend. I prefer to walk when it is cooler so I am getting excited about the upcoming weather change! emoticon

I'm glad to hear that your husband is out of the hospital and getting better. I've had a week and a half where my walking schedule has been thrown off and it's driving me crazy. Hoping I can get back on my schedule today.

I'm sorry to hear about your husband, but I'm glad that he is doing better.

I'm curious about this walking game of yours?

Like you, I'm excited about the cooler fall weather. I just love to walk when the air is cool and crisp. emoticon

Glad your husband is doing better! We had a big front come through and dump rain on us yesterday evening, so I didn't get my walk done. I'm definitely going to walk today. My muscles are wanting to be stretched! :)
