I am going to do this! I can do this! I know that SP is going to be huge in my success! I made a normal meal that I would normally make and as I was entering it in this morning to add to my tracker, I looked at it and realized that there are a lot of ways that I could have made it healthy for me and my family without losing taste. I am going to make it again next week (but healthier) and see what they think. I went and got a bunch of fruit and veggies to make my days go by faster. I find if I have fruit, I eat a lot less junk. I am feeling energized and hopeful.
