Last time I blogged I said I was trying a new exercise regime. Unfortunatly, 2 weeks after that blog I hurt my knee. I was out of commission for a month. I am better now and taking things slow. I am walking with my daughter every day. We play alot. This is my only exercise as of now. My husband and I cut out all junk food and most sugar. We have both lost up to 15 pounds in a month and half. I am taking Garcinia Camborgia. Seems to be helping. Our dinners are more healthy and we juice 3 days out of the week (not as a meal replacement). I have not only lost 15 pounds (since my last blog), but I have lost 10% body fat and inches off my waist and hips. I went down a size in my jeans (glad I didn't get rid of the old jeans).
I am quite happy with how we are living now. It seems that I lose a few ounces every day. My calorie intake is about 1200 or more (or less). Im not as hungry as I used to be, either.
Well, my daughter is now awake. Time to go play.
