My hubby and I went to the beach for 4 days. We had a great time. Unfortunately, part of the great time included eating too much and I gained back 3 pounds! Boo hoo! I expected that I would gain back a couple of pounds. It's amazing how fast the weight can come back when you're not tracking what you eat and not exercising. We did do a lot of walking and some swimming, but I guess all the eating out made it difficult to keep the calories down. I go again. Starting over. I'm getting back on track. I can do it....I can do it....I can do it!
