Fantastic First Week!

Well, the first week of the Fall Weight Loss Challenge is over and I lost 6 lbs! In a week! I know it's partly my body in shock - I mean, c'mon. But that doesn't make me less happy about it! I was aiming for 8 lbs actually (because I like my weight being a number ending in 5 or 0). So this week I'm aiming for 7 lbs! I don't really expect it to happen, but shoot for the stars and you'll land on the moon, you know? (It really irks me when that saying is reversed).
So, what's the plan for this week? Eat right and work out!
I'm eating a bit more than I did last week, actually - because that was too little. But I'm also going to work out more. I'm planning on swimming laps 3 days a week, going to two strength training classes and a yoga class, PLUS doing some strength training on my own and probably walking my sister's dog. Burn baby, burn!
