Update! Week One! And Pictures! Yeay!

Monday, September 16, 2013

Hey everyone! It took longer then I thought to get a blog up but I wanted to give an update on my first week of eating raw! Basically to refresh, this is what I do. I eat raw fruits and vegetables (more fruit then veggies) until dinner time. At dinner time I make a cooked meal of healthy carbs. The first 4 days were great I followed the whole thing really well and I went to Costco and loaded up on produce! I never had so much fruits and veggies in my house at one time like that before haha. Later though I started sneaking in a few treats and PIZZA! My stomach felt pretty bad after each time but I waited it out then had some more and now All the good results I was getting ( I lost a few pounds and was using the restroom with ease) is reversed on me. So today is a new day and I plan to kick myself in the butt and tell myself no more silly business it's time to get serious!

Hope you are all well!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Here is some pictures I wanted to share!

(( My summer flowers and trees! ))

(( Pretty landscape at Chugach State Park, Alaska ))

(( The bison at the Wildlife Conservation Center, Alaska! ))

I'm kind of glad I live 60 miles away from a Costco now! I used to stop at the food counter all the time to get pizza or polish sausages! LOL Your yard looks great and those photos of Alaska make me years for retirement and travel!
