No Calorie Counting?!

Ok...so last week was pretty busy. Work was hectic because I was trying to get everything done in three days so that my husband and I could go on a short get-away to celebrate our anniversary (27 years!). Because of all that was going on, I did not track my calories for the week. My food choices were okay, but probably not great (had a few treats during our trip; yum). Normal exercise routine Monday-Wednesday only. We logged over 20 miles of walking (according to my Fitbit) on Thursday and Friday--enjoyed being outside in beautiful weather.
So...when I hit the scale this morning I was nervous.
Results: No losses, but no gains -- I'm EVEN!
I'll take that any day. It makes me feel good that I'm not obligated to track every detail to stay on track.
