8 weeks and going Strong!!!

Ready for my first weight in on Wednesday! Been putting in the effort and ready for my reward. emoticon I haven't lost any weight so far during my fitness streak, which I most excitedly can say has lasted 8 BIG weeks now!!! emoticon I looked over what I was eating, why I was eating it and what I was drinking. I realized the drinking was excessive at times. The snacks, though healthy there were too many in the evening. So I only have a drink emoticon once a week and I have mints to chomp on in the evening whenever a munching thought happens. I pair that with water emoticon and this fall hot tea. emoticon

I started an online course and spend time on SP to keep my mind and hands busy. I get in my fitness minutes plus more. The energy I have after a long walk or an exhausting strength training session is amazing! I feel happy, tired and even satisfied. Ready to tackle my next task. Reach my next goal. Plan my future, imagine the possibilities.

I've started this process many times since joining SP. I would complete the first few days and feel that excitement and hope. Only to give up when I didn't lose after a week or two. I've made a promise to myself to just keep at it. No matter what the scale says. I can feel the difference inside and I think that is what matters most. I like the person I am maturing into. The person I want to be, Beautiful, Confident and most importantly Happy!
