How?Ate out less & exercised more.

Fitbit helps keep me honest. I can see the in versus out so I can't lie to myself about how active I am or if I am eating too much. I am still glad that I bought it.

I also have used the fitbit to set goals that I didn't have before so I am walking more (about 4000 steps more)
