Well...I didn't do my 2 miles with Leslie...I can't lie about it, if I did, then I'd be lying to myself, and I'd promise myself that I would be accountable for my I did 10 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes with strength training. Instead of procrastinating and worrying about not doing the 2 miles, I didn't pressure myself and just did what I wanted to do and still feel good and still have a good workout - which I did - and I was happy with that.

So, I've been eating...wooh...feasting...I'm gonna pay for it that's for sure...I'm gonna sweat off my butt before weigh in on Wednesday that's for sure...!!!

Yeah, I've been taking some flu and cold tablets, so its sort of helping, but not really because I haven't GOT the flu yet, I was just trying to see if I could get rid of it before it actually starts full on!

This week is a busy one, boat is due on Wednesday, so my husband and I will be extremely busy. Our agent will also be arriving on Tuesday, so a little bit of added pressure there, he'll be talking with us in terms of how business is going and always asking for more $$. Oh well, he has a right to and we do what we can, otherwise, he's a pretty easy going guy.
