Weigh-In -- 15Sep13

Weighed the same as last week. That's not great, but then I didn't have a great Spark week. Too many calories, too little sleep, not as much cardio as there should have been, too much salt... And the beat goes on.

My eating was somewhat better most days, but there were a couple days, including an attack one day by the Cheeto monster, who won... Enough about that.

Water remains good.

Sleep doesn't.

The diet cola habit continues.

Didn't get the tree trimmed and so no mowing. We did have a lot of rain, but the yard is dry enough now, so there's no excuse.

I have had some success with the clutter clearing and today I got the window air conditioners removed from the windows. It is not getting that hot during the day and cool enough at night that just a fan and some open windows do the trick.

The exercise streak continues, but a couple of days I just barely got in the 10 minutes of WATP. Today is day 257!

So I'll try it again.

Next week --

Drink the water.

Cut back on the diet cola. I need to get most of my water in before I start on the cola.

Eat within calorie range.

Keep the exercise streak going. Try to get it done earlier and do 15 minutes more often.

Work on the sleep issue. I need to get to bed earlier.

Trim the trees that need it and do what may be the final yard mow of the year.

Do some more clutter clear.

Have a good week everyone!!

I'm working on being a better girl as well. I am having to avoid the potato chips which I love. I have resisted the Cheetos. LOL.

emoticon Instead of the diet soda, try some milo that you add to water. that way you are actually getting more water into you and hopefully breaking your diet soda fix emoticon
