Okay one week, and i lost 4 pounds, i am happy but i really wish it was more i know it is slow and not a over night thing, but i sure put it on faster than i take it off, emoticon
I know all of this i just need to keep telling my self slow and steady,(don't get me wrong i happy about the 4 pound loss) and i know the slower i take it off, easier to keep off, so i will be happy with my loss,and celebrate (not with food) and keep on going until i get to my goal,
I can do this and i will, emoticon emoticon emoticon , I can do all things threw Christ,
