I did sleep much better last night. Bill has been trying to find some lavender spray for bedroom. I use to use it years ago on my pillow. So I went on internet and found a spray and a odor gel in a jar and some little sachets of lavender. Maybe one of them will help.
Nothing much going on. Bill got groceries today and he is cooking supper.
I see some dark black clouds outside so we may still get some rain.
I saw the flooding in Colorado. I have a web friend that lives near there. Will call her and see if she is ok. She isn't far from Boulder.
Ok Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Will watch Kids-cook off tonight. 12 year old kids that cook like chefs. Plus cut throat kitchen which is fun to watch. And thanks to Royal I am hooked on the masterpiece theater which are movies set in England.
So enjoy your evening

I love the lavender essential oils. Do you know there is a little gizmo you can put on your lamp and the heat of the lightbulb warms it up while I'm reading and diffuses a really relaxing scent is the EST for helping sleep. Don uses Sleepytime tea and that really helps him..he's pretty much of an this stiff is pretty good.

We totally love Masterpiece theatre...the best shows!

    Hi Eleni.........
I am so glad to hear that you slept better and hope it continues. I have used Lavender Oil Essences too in very light amounts. A few drops in a small spray bottle of water does the job.
DWTS starts tonight. I don't even know who is in the group this time as I have been too busy to even look it up.
Must close and get ready to pick up the girls.

It's been raining intermittently yesterday and this morning. Just for like 3 minutes and in certain spots than stop. But we are so flat, the water settles so quickly - you'd think it rained all night.

I got into it after a few espisodes. It is weird, not relaxing. Dh likes it. He helped me clean a window and screen today, so I will watch it with him.

I know there is some lavender scented body wash for babies as we used to use in on DeAnna's girls when they were babies. And it really worked. We got some thunder and lightning this evening but no water so far. We really need it. Have a great night tonight. ((HUGS))

The Container Store sells some nice sprays but my favorite come from Bath and Body Shop. They have pillow sprays and I love the Spearmint Eucalyptus...very soothing.
