I did it!
I ran about 3 miles with the girls. They went 4, but I walked for about 10 minutes until they were done. It felt good to be out there. I cheated a little and took a Celebrex before I went out. My ankle held up nicely and still isn't hurting 24+ hours later. My thighs on the other hand tightened up last night and haven't quite returned to normal. I could really feel it when I rode today. I'm going to try do a little extra stretching this week end. The plan is to go again on Tuesday. I'm looking forward to it!
