I´m finding that frzen, pre-packaged chicken and fish are helping me a lot when I don´t want to cook, combined with veggies, of course.
Also, since I´m trying to limit my consumption of animal products, I make up a lb of beans at the begginning of the week, and change up the taste with veggies, salsas y whole grains.
It´s been working so far for me, and I love eating this way.
