Schedule Shift

My body has decided that my schedule should shift and I should be going to bed between 9 and 10 and getting up at 6. I'm exhausted every evening by 9 or 10 and I am wide awake at 6. No idea why. So, I still haven't informed my family that my schedule's shifted. And here's why I should:

Last night, I went to bed at 9. I was absolutely worn out (for no apparent reason). My dad called at 10:25 (he had texted 10 min earlier, and that's our test for calling late at night. They text back, you can call). I hadn't answered. In fact, I was in a very deep sleep. When he called, I woke up panicked. I tried to figure out how to answer my phone. I unplugged it. Then I tried to figure out how to figure out who was calling. For the life of me, I couldn't tell. I decided to move on to how to make it quit. I finally answered. He had house comments. Really? Ugh. We are meeting with our realtor to go over the blueprints for our house, and should definitely be in it by early decembeer. Yay!

    Yes, you should always tell people who call you when you start going to bed earlier. I had to do that when I first started going to bed earlier. Hope that no one calls you tonight. emoticon
