A thought about exercise

I had so much fun "exercising" 2 days ago....I walked farther than I have in a long time, and then did A leslie Sansone indoor walking video better than I have been. I'm not sore, but yesterday I didn't want to do anything and today I can tell I'm going to have to force myself. I already tracked that I did the exercises so I have to make it come true, but....... am I just being lazy??????

    I agree with Linda, just get started, and it becomes just what you want to be doing, makes you feel good all over, and lots of days, I think no, I will just wait until tomorrow, well, it is true, tomorrow never comes.

    Here's another one of those quotes, "Fake it til you make it!" Just put on your shoes and head for the door. I know for me, it's just the getting started that is the hard part. Once I'm out the door and on my way I enjoy it! To the top of the mountain, Jackie...top of the world!
