Stepped on the scale today and it said 349!!! W00t! Did it! It's only 1 lb loss, but it's past that plateau I've been sitting at for so long, so I am stoked. I'm going to work SO HARD to make sure I don't bounce back up.
GOAL for next week: maintain or lose, just don't go back up!

I've been eating well, though not all home-cooked. Yesterday we went out for sushi at my favorite restaurant (but no tempura, mayo, or cream cheese -- just fish, veggies, seaweed, and seasoned rice... and half of it was sashimi, so not too much rice !)

SOOOO glad it's the weekend -- I'm so exhausted. Time to sleep.

Tomorrow it's HIIT and full body strength training. Then I will start food prep for next week!

    Congrats on 349! That's awesome!

    Wow, I would LOVE to be able to do HIIT. HIIT for more than 5 minutes at a time, anyway. And strength training with it! Go you!

    That is so emoticon ! I can't wait to see what happens in the next couple weeks. Some times getting over that hump is all you need to get back on track. emoticon on your accomplishments. Keep going, you so can do it :) You help me stay positive. :)
