Official Sleep Better Challenge, Day 1

Hi! Here's my results from night 1:

1. Woke up at 7:30.
2. Got in bed at 12:30, actually laying down to sleep at 1:30.
3. Bedtime routine is wash face, brush and floss teeth, 2 songs on Pandora, read Bible, journal.
4. Last thing I ate for the day was decaf coffee with creamer, chili, bunny crackers and water, around 10:30 pm. Drank a little more water later, but not much. (Preventing later trips to the bathroom! ; )
5. Exercise today was an Easy day, Wii sports for 45 minutes, from 8:30 pm.
6. No caffeine.
7. No alcohol. (6 and 7 may be switched around.)
8. No medications, took calcium and b-100 vitamin.
9. No. (Can't remember what that was.)
10. Stressors today, parents went to court,talking about Fannie, fight with brother.

13. 3
(14.) ADD was okay today.


1. After laying down, fell asleep in 10-15 minutes.
2. 0 times waking up.
3. Full sleeping time: 6 1/2 hours
(4.) Woke up at 8:00.
