walking much

Thursday, September 12, 2013

I will say that i am enjoying going out and walking and getting some miles in .There isnt a time , pace or mile set when I do my walk , I just set out to walk and where ever I go , I just make sure i end up at home lol

Its been going well since being free and breaking up . I am more focused on getting exercise and things are still out of sync . I know it'll take some time to fully adjust and just going back into a flow .

For now I am just happy with how things are going .

I signed up for the GAR , so if you signed up too let me know ! :)

Walking its peaceful and I like doing my walks late at night when nobody is around and the town is quiet.

Its my monday and thursday for all . hope you had a great week

I'm signed up for GAR already too! As I mentioned before, this year I will definitely be hanging around in the stadium afterwards so that I can meet whoever is doing it! I will send my husband and all my fast friends onward, and meet up with them later on.

Keep up the walking! Every bit helps - both physically and mentally!

Glad you are finding peace in taking care of yourself. I'm a little jealous, it's not safe on my side to walk late at night, I would love to do it when it was cooler. I am still debating the GAR, will let my fellow Hawaii Sparkers know what I decide.

I am sure the walks are so much better with the amazing view of Hawaii! :) I am glad that you are taking the time to focus on YOU throughout everything that you've gone through recently. I, too, have gone through a breakup and it isn't easy, but we do come out stronger in the end and what is meant to be ...will be.
Keep pushing and fighting FOR YOU. You deserve it & you are worth it! emoticon
