Day Six- Party City

Ok, so that title is misleading... There is no party, except the one in my head.


I tracked 112 minutes of fitness today!

This morning at the gym I started by walking a half mile at an incline of 2, then worked my way over to the bikes where I cycled 2 miles at 70+. After that I finished up my walking with a mile and a half at an incline of 3.5-4.

Heck yah!! But that's not all.

I also completed the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile tape as well as my day six 28-day Bootcamp.

I'm not sore (yet), I don't feel as though I over did it. I drank my water for the day and made good food choices (other than skipping lunch- it wasn't intentional and I did snack on some grapes I had in my purse at least).

I am feeling day by day that I am working my way back to living. Baby steps and results are on the horizon!
