I found this the other day and I really think I might get myself one (or maybe I'll get crafty and make it since it's $35!) I mean seriously, this is how I feel about my post-baby running pace----Ssssllllllloooooooowww
But then I got to thinking, I'm slow like dial up when it comes to more than just running.
I've been Slllloowwwwlly working on more nutritious foods. And boy let me tell you, that is going so slow too! Almost to the point of stopped. I'm really struggling in not only chosing healthier options but in limiting portions. And most of all-- controlling my daggum sweet tooth!
My hubs and I decided when we first had our little angel, that we would make freezer meals each month to make the evenings during the week go a little bit smoother. And while it is working wonderfully (when I remember to turn on the crock pot, unlike today!), I think I need to find some healthier freezer/crock pot/casserole meal options. Do you have any go-to make-ahead meals that are yummy and good for your waistline?
I'm doing pretty well with my exercise plan.
I even added a 30 Day Squat Challenge to my routine. Hahaha I'm only on day 3 but that's ok, it will become routine!
And I'm still doing C25K. I'm flip flopping a little bit right now between weeks because I feel like I'm just not quite ready to move on.
I also did Ab Ripper X on Tuesday...I'm STILL sore from that monster! My hip flexors hurt the worst! I almost have to waddle they are so sore! hahaha! Nice mental picture right?!
