Feeling very frustrated and dissappointed in myself

I'm having a great summer in some ways, we have escaped the heat of Lake Havasu, met some wonderful folks in the campground we camphosted at, visited friends and relatives but I sure haven't done well with my food intake. I've eaten lots of healthy food but just too much of it I guess. I need a big fat kick in the butt. I'm rather disgusted with myself because I was doing so well until July. emoticon I need to get back on track and just can't seem to do it.

    The past is over and done with. Start with today and just move forward...one day at time. Sometimes we just have to remember that we can only do the best we can for that day and move on. Our best is all we can do!!!
    I am sure when you are home, things will go well for you. YOU CAN DO IT because YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!

    Try making small changes, they are less overwhelming than trying to do it all at once. I hadn't been doing any exercise or tracking of food, water and exercise since last Oct., now my health is doing better and thanks to the Aug. back on track challenge I am back on track and staying on track. Don't beat yourself up, that doesn't accomplish anything, what you didn't do is in the past, but great things can happen ahead of you.

    You will, don't worry. I know it's hard when we've been away but usually once back home we can get back into our routines and get a handle on the portion and snacking thing.
