gee wiz its been awhile

hey guys, im back. still in black. lololol. ok ok, seriously tho.

ive been busy with school work to be honest. have had a few exams. have one today actually, not sure how i will do but i will find out.

still working out 4-5 days a week, high intensity and heavy weights. i need the strength for my job. running alot more now. not further distances, but i am trying to run every morning at least. i did end up buying those other running shoes and glad i did. love this one so much. still, no weight loss. i know muscle is a contributing factor.....but getting pissed the freak off. its been what, three months of working out 4 days a week and eating clean, counting calories, getting in enough water, taking vitamins and green tea, and still nothing? i really dont understand. clothes are still fitting the same too. the other three days at the hospital i run my butt of all 12 hrs. my pedometer says i walk 5 miles a night, but i now the majority of the time spent is standing at patients bed sides leaning, pulling, lifting, etc. i dont eat unhealthy at work either. i pack my lunches which consist of chicken or salmon, super greens salad, veggies and fruits for snacks, and maybe a clif bar too. but seriously, nothing. im getting desperate.

i decided today to finish up my herbalife shakes that ive had from way back when. i used to sell the stuff, but business went down just cuz of the economy so i stopped selling it. it worked for me when i used it. it does have a ton of vitamins and minerals per serving, just not much protein. counter that with a bit of protein powder, done. so, im going to use up whats left over of two canisters to see if that helps to kick start me again.

ugg, hate being obsessed with my body. its driving jon nuts. im sure if i just stopped complaining and started being even more crazy lol about weight loss i could get there. idk. im missing some key to it all. not sure if or when i will figure it out. anyway, i have to finish getting ready to take this exam and pack for work.
