Eating clean

This is my third week following clean eating principles. So far I have 5.7 pounds that are gone. I'm still walking and going to the gym. It seems like slow progress but at least the numbers are moving down and not up. If anyone has any interesting clean eating recipes I would love to see them.

    Make sure you stay away from shop bought dressings on your salads and gravy on the meat.
