Today's challenge is to go to bed 30-60 minutes early. I'm exhausted so I'll be looking forward to this challenge!

Today I'm going to participate in a virtual 5k. emoticon

PS Woo Hoo! I got it in! Walking not running. However, I did manage to squeeze in 10 flights of stairs while I was at the track. I'm feeling much stronger!

    Sounds like you are doing well with your challenges ... Thank you for your constant support .. Things have been good lately regarding Colin and controlling his pain ..     How I wish I could do that! If I try to make myself go to bed my eyes pop wide open! Doesn't help that we had a flooded basement so now have these crazy, noisy fans that go 24/7! Good luck with this latest challenge! I admire you trying to test out all these changes! emoticon
