No Gripes For a BIG Change

The highs are only running at ninety five degrees this week and in Texas, that means Fall is HERE!!! I lost a whole pound! First pound lost since August 24. I am averaging five miles of walking each day now ( I make sure and walk at least five everyday at work) and I have logged in over a hundred miles this month on the pedometer...the month from August 12 to September 12. Everyone is starting to get used to crazy Connie walking the opposite direction from her destination every time she needs to go somewhere. On purpose. I have been doing fifteen minutes of free weights a day at work and today I added a fifteen minute standing ab routine. I have been downloading zumba videos but I won't be doing zumba at work. Ha. Wish I knew the names of all the zumba songs I used to love but I have more than enough to start with. Still eating basically twice the amount of food I was eating for the past year but with finally being able to kick in the exercise endorphins, I'm not gaining! Worried I may be close to menopause though, cuz TOM just don't know when to go away.
