My Biggest Loser BLOG Indigo Team

Okay. This is where I am going to record my progress as I start out on my Biggest Loser Challenge. My starting weight is 140. I'll record my running speed and other info when I do the measurements. I will try to take a picture (put a bag over my head??).
Goals - I have half marathon fever. I went to the Ventura Marathon and had such a blast. I ran the 5k, while my friends ran the half. I want to run a half really bad. So I am training for that.
I am also working through Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. OMG. It's a 20 minute workout, and I am dripping by the time I finish. I am on day 9. I would do this 6 days a week, but I have a commitment with some friends to do circuit training with them 2 x a week. It's hard to find time to do both and the cardio.
Running - long run (currently 3 miles) 2x week. Next week increase to 3.5 or 4 miles).
Walk/jog for 30 min - 90 min everyday with the dogs.
Riding the bike 2 x week.
Rest one day a week (just the walk).
So that's it for now.
