So, Ive made it a great habit of getting atleast walking in everyday to and from my daughters school, or walks at a park that evening as well. I am happy and proud, and cant wait to start seeing better results.

I was doing well tracking food until my boyfriends birthday party was last weekend, and of course I let myself slide then, and havent picked that part of my sparking yet.

One of my downfall triggers is grabbing stuff that isnt so easy to track, like its that hard... or maybe I am just hiding it from myself. HA. Out of sight out of mind? So I see what I am doing wrong, time to change it!

I havent weighed myself in a few weeks to see if I see scale results, but for now I do know I am happy with being more active. Without exercise for so long, I can feel how solid my body gets, like the fat just begging to get heated up, haha, and that's what usually pushes me into the mental focus to get my butt back to spark people. Exercise to me is a huge accomplishment, its just a great feeling, and then gets better with time.

I believe I will be adding more to my daily habit, like squats (I can do a ton of those, my leg muscles are very strong) so maybe a goal of like 100 a day plus walking. I'm not a runner, so walking for me is the best. Plus I do what I can with 2 kids.

Taking them to a park to walk isn't always easy, so I make sure my boyfriend goes with me, or we bike ride with them on trails.

But I definitely can use some more balance and focus on the caloric intake, so I have to keep tracking my food. and making choices that wont leave me ruined or starving.

WATER... I am not a tap water drinker anymore. I use it for cooking and bathing but only because I can't afford a house sized reverse osmosis system... just because I dont like drinking flouride... I read alot about this stuff, so feel free to call me weird emoticon I dont mind.

Well enough about the depressing stuff, just looking out for my fellow sparkers.

    Great blog!! I'm happy to hear you sounding so positive. I agree that diet drinks are NOT good for us. No better really than the regular stuff. In fact probably worse. I drink very little soda.

    Keep up the exercise, walking, squats, etc...moving is critical. Something I need to do more of. I sit at my desk all day then go home and sit on the couch. Talk about being out of shape! UGH...

    You are do fantastic with getting out and getting some exercise in. Good job! Have you considered taking a picture of your food to help you when it comes time to track? I do that when I go out to eat, it seems to help. You're doing awesome!
