Today is going to be rough for me. I'm eating alright so far, but I'm just exhausted and cranky.

All I want is a nap and some ice cream. Luckily, one of my weekly goals is no "dessert foods", so that (coupled with the fact that I'm stuck at work for several more hours) should give me the strength to pass up the ice cream.

The nap craving would be wonderful to give into, though. Sigh. We need nap time in my office.

    I felt that way yesterday. Thankfully I had no sweets in the house, so I was safe! I did go to sleep about 3 hours earlier than usual though. I walked through the whole day seconds away from napping in a corner of the office.

    It takes a while for our bodies to catch up with our determination to change a sedentary lifestyle. I am going from NO exercise, eating what I want and going to sleep when I like to waking up 3 hours earlier than normal, eating breakfast, working out and eating somewhat healthy...its a shock to my body.

    Just take it step by step, and if you have to give into the nap time urge once in a while do so- just don't let it throw off your night time rest.

    maybe your not getting enough sleep and for the cranky maybe you should think about vitamin b, good luck
