I upped my game this week. 680 calories burned each morning doing WTP. Whew! I think my metabolism is ramping because I'm pretty hungry in the morning. emoticon I'm not usually this hungry. I feel great after working out but it takes me nearly an hour to cool down and quit sweating!!

Also, I've been setting my sites on a treadmill. I would like to take part in an Electric run next year in a town near us. Night time is the perfect time for a marathon....right!? emoticon

Still day by day. I feel great and hoping to see some progress on the scale this week! Have a great Hump Day!
