My husband and I really like the idea of trying T25. It seems like a great plan, work really hard for 25 minutes a day for 5 days a week. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it or is currently doing it? Did you like it? Did it show you results?

    I hope you find good feedback. I can't do that high intensity stuff but I love Shaun T and his Hip Hop Abs. :)

    I got through the Alpha series of T25 and loved it. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to an ankle injury, but once my ankle heals up, I will go back to that workout! I lost 3 pounds. I recommend it highly!
