I just read this neat article on Spark. There are several topics in the link. The two I read were Paleo Diet and Fat Set Point.
Basically it said Paleo diet is about the best one going to help with fat loss.
What I liked about the two articles was this:
Paleo cuts out junk food, refined sugars, and wheat
It adds in whole foods, eating healthy
It is similar to low carb eating but not as strict
Eat yogurt, kraut, and sour pickles to keep your gut's bacteria healthy
Get good sleep/meditate/do breath exercises
It helps with losing belly fat
It helps with insulin balancing/ glucose tolerance
I enjoyed the research base of these articles.
