Yesterday started well, but went to crap! I didn't have to work till he afternoon, so I got a lot done around the house. I told myself I would do strength training when I got home, but that didn't happen. I had to wear clothes to work that just didn't feel comfortable and I just went into self hate mode...which resulted in eating crap.

NO BEER THOUGH! The only victory from yesterday.
