Monday Is here Again And I'm Back To Working Out

Monday, September 09, 2013

Yep..got my butt down to the gym at lunch. And boy do I need too! I need to trim off the 5 or so pounds that followed me back from Oregon last week. I was only able to do 45/50 mins today on the elliptical (I forgot my locker key and had to go back to my desk). Then I forgot to hit the stop button on my HRM, so it recorded my walk back to my desk and the two flights of stairs I had to climb. So that counts right? Even though I wasn't wearing my HRM chest strap. emoticon It felt good to get back to working out. emoticon

The weekend went good, as far as doing stuff. We went grocery shopping on Friday night so we would have two full days to work on the trailer. It almost worked out that way. We did have to make a few parts runs over Sat and Sunday. But we got the gray water pipes in (tested them too!) from the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink to the back of the trailer. Still have to do the fresh water plumbing this weekend. Then get the last of the tanks installed under the trailer and we'll have a self contained race trailer!

Me..working under the kitchen sink-

Eating wise..the weekend wasn't so good. But I'm back on the wagon now. Today is a new day! Onward!

So that's about all I have for this Monday. Have a great one everyone!

Holy smokes, kid! I would die if I ever sat down on the floor that way! Great pix of Chuck. Tell him I send my greetings! Proud of you for getting back up on that bandwagon! I know 5 lbs. sucks, but it was worth it if you had a good time with the kids. Hugs, Calen~

Congrats on getting to the gym. I wish I'd made it today, but tomorrow will have to do.
